A biking and beer extravaganza, a chance to dance, punch and crunch your way into shape, Haiku’s Christmas dinner, a new Mr. Pancake House, Christmas shopping and a hot stone massage perfect for the winter weather. We've rounded up six things for you to sink your teeth into over this weekend.

Holiday Beer Bash | DRINK & RIDE
The Factory Five guys combine their passions for beer and biking in an event that sounds like a rip roarin’, if not entirely safe, good time. Their Holiday BEER BASH is a group event that involves riding around the city and stopping at every Family Mart along the way to chug a can of beer (consumer’s choice). The ride begins at 1pm at the Factory 5 shop and continues throughout the afternoon and across the city until the group decides they can ride no more. Register in advance at shoutout@wearefactoryfive.com to receive a free santa hat.

Rhythm Fit | PUMP & PLAY
Hong Kong celebrity fitness trainer, Orlando To is coming to Shanghai for the first time this month to whip our butts into shape. Saturday, he’ll be debuting his RhythmFit program—a unique high intensity blend of combat-cardio, core-training, fitness dance and sports moves. We saw the video. There were flames. Hear from Mr. To himself here.

Haiku Christmas | EAT & DRINK
Can’t wait for Christmas dinner? This Saturday Haiku is hosting a holiday dinner featuring free-flow beer and Christmas cocktails paired with a special menu of themed, one-off new dishes and throwing in a Christmas gift as well. RMB400, RSVP required. Email info@haikushanghai.com or check out our Badass List for more holiday wining and dining options.

Pancake Paradise | EAT & EAT
Luxuriate over a long brunch at Mr. Pancake House’s newest outlet on Julu Lu. It’s the same soft, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth pancakes but without the crowds and hour long wait. Hurry, though. Where there is a delicious brunch to be had, the hungry masses can't be far behind.

Christmas Shopping | BROWSE & BUY
'Tis better to give than receive. At least that's what our moms always told us. Start your holiday shopping now so that you're not rushing around on Christmas Eve. Plus, who doesn't love a good fake market shopping spree? Here are a few items we're hoping to find under the tree.

Hot Stone Massage | RELAX & REJUVINATE
Club Oasis at the Grand Hyatt is ready and willing to help you ease into the harsh winter months by providing one of the best hot stone massages around. For RMB900, you'll be treated to some of the most luxurious 90 minutes of your life. It's the perfect way to wind down after a busy weekend of debaucheries.

Bloody hell! "Baddass List " Once again - badass. It's a compound word of 'bad' and 'ass'. Whoever is claiming to be an editor and can't work that one out really doesn't deserve the title. This is the third time I've caught you doing it, and once again I fully expect it to be corrected without note and my comment memory-holed as per SOP.

Correction: An earlier version of this article appeared with the word "badass" misspelled. Thank you foodiedave for your keen eye and witty sarcasm.
