Foie Gras Cooking Competition @ Restaurant-Ecole | EAT & DRINK & WATCH
This culinary school and restaurant has set up a foie gras cooking competition with Rougie, the world's top producer of duck and goose liver. Two teams of chefs (French and Chinese) will go head to head to produce four-course menus; diners will get to do their best Gordon Ramsey impression on both the menus as a whole and each dish individually. RMB480 includes two starters, two mains, dessert and Champagne and wine pairings.

Feel like having a bit of a boogie this Saturday night? Studio 188, one of Shanghai's greatest soul bands, will be performing at PG Live for the very first time.
