Howdie Shangayers, in our final week of Shanghai Pride 2010 please join us for several film screenings, details of which can be found on the Pride 2010 website, and do not miss out on the Family Day and LiberAsian parties.

Family Day |Saturday
Gay pride in Shanghai? Hell yeah! And it’s not just for the gays, it’s for EVERYBODY! If you’ve got a family member, or friend, or colleague who’s gay, and you want to celebrate their presence in your life, then this event is for you too! Over the last three weeks of the Shanghai Pride 2010 season, we’ve had a whole host of healthy, wholesome activities designed for the community — panel discussions, art shows, sports events, film screenings, parties and so on. We’ve laughed together, cried together, shared lots together. But here is your final opportunity to come celebrate with us in the spirit of our theme for this year: Diversity. Unity. Harmony.

We’ve got one whole day of song and dance performances, games and sketches as well as lots and lots of delicious food prepared for you between 10am and 7pm. It will be lots of fun for the entire family — so make plans to show up with your parents, your siblings, your kids and your pets — and let’s have fun! As with all the best things in life, this event is free of charge.

Shanghai, are you ready to partay? If you haven’t had enough at our Family Day, then here’s the last chance for all you party queens to come celebrate with us before the curtains come down on Shanghai Pride 2010 and we say goodbye to all of you.The scene for our inaugural LiberASIAN party, which we hope to be an annual event at Shanghai Pride in the future, is Game*Bling — and we assure you, the rooftop here offers the most amazing view of the Bund hands down!
