Well, Shanghai partygoers will be relieved to know that this Friday, September 5th, nightlife staple The Shelter will be re-opening its doors after a month of forced closure. Owners/managers Gaz (Drunk Monk) and Gary (V-Nutz) will be joined by Deville, Fortune, Didje, and Mr. Tsang for their triumphant return to the Shanghai party scene. I have a feeling this is gonna be quite a wild night and ex-pats have been foaming at the mouth to get back into depths of the haunted tunnel . . .
