SMZB touring the USA
They might not make it to Shanghai (or anywhere else) more than once a year, but irish punk band SMZB, from Wuhan, have been keeping busy. Recently wrapping up recording of a new album, the band is off to the USA for a handful of dates on the East Coast with the highlight being at the Shamrock Fest in Washington DC on March 14th.
It seems that despite the media hype behind China's indie bands it is the punk ones that are making more of showing overseas with the likes of No Name,Brainfailure and even Shanghai's very own Pink Berry finding overseas recording offers in recent years.
