H&M Launches Sonia Rykiel's Knitwear Collection on Feb. 20

If you didn't catch H&M's recent lingerie line, Sonia Rykiel pour H&M, a second Rykiel line is coming. On Feb. 20 the Swedish fashion giant launches a knitwear collection in cooperation with this Parisian designer. Crowned the "Queen of Knits," Rykiel presents her signature striped knit pullovers in black, yellow and shades of pink. Her elegant dresses and jackets are handy items for early spring, and the leggings are still a hot buy. Aside from women's wear, Rykiel has designed for girls 18 months to 8 years old. Go to H&M's flagship store to get the spirit of Paris.

H&M nicely typifies the Chinese understanding of luxury goods and wealth: slap an expensive price tag on any old piece of tat, tell them it's imported, then sit back and count the money.
