Sharply dressed club-goers ready to drop ?8 on cocktails and ?5 on bottled beer can dance to house beats in the main room -- a two-story octagonal chamber with arched windows and seductive chandeliers -- mingle on the outdoor patio, or shake it up inside the intimate hip hop pavilion with 360-degree Bund and Pudong views. The drinks, unacceptably yet somewhat unsurprisingly, are hit or miss. A Watermelon Basil Martini tastes as good as it looks, but the Raspberry Lynchburg, a mix of Jack Daniels with Chambord, tastes like cough syrup.
