The Bund Brewery
Micro-breweries are the best invention ever and the draught at the Bund Brewery is no exception—a delicious light brew with a sweet after taste, 300ml for ¥33. Non-beer drinkers can choose from a massive range of unbrewed beverages and food as well–not just bar food, but real meals like mac and steak (¥115), desserts and snacks. The Bund Brewery is your local pub minus the sticky floors and slimy businessmen. The bar is dimly lit with large wooden tables perfect for big group dinners. It's warm and wooden–possibly a fire hazard but overall a great atmosphere. Don't let the 'Bund' in the name put you off. The bar is relaxed and reasonably priced. With a mix of locals and foreigners and extremely friendly staff, the Brewery is soon to become our favorite after-work hangout.
