Chef's Proud Moment
Happy Birthday Laris
The fine-dining restaurant of acclaimed Australian Chef Laris turned three recently. To celebrate, the chef has introduced a series of dishes, which promise to be new favorites, along with the cauliflower soup with caviar and the foie gras trio, which have landed the locale several best fine-dining awards during its first three years. Certainly still one of the best destinations for fine cuisine in the city, we hope to see even more from this beloved Shanghai classic. Congratulations!
