On the top floor of this new artsy space is the third edition of Kaiba, serving up Belgian beer on tap as well as a selection of over 90 bottles in an earthy reclaimed wood furnished setting. Wander down the winding paths to find two floors of terrace space. Try the Dead Guy Ale or strawberry-flavored Lindeman’s Framboise (RMB40). They also have happy hour specials and a food menu in the works. It’s set to unite beer lovers and creatives and to honor the resident garden gnome.

Our rating: 4/5

Truth be told...nice nice bar. Really nice deco and vast choice of beers. Happy Hour? Well...in the general sense (technically speaking) there is one from 4- 9. BUT, before you get too excited...any good Chinese Restaurant gives 20% too...so, NOT really impressed here. (aka, me not really happy). Food menu is small and I hope will be improved. We sampled a pepperoni Pizza. And the only thing spicy here was te bottle of Tabasco. Otherwise..not recomendable..simply underwhelming. The Greek "sampler" was ok. Not too greek, but ok. Anyway- we came for the beer which was delicious.Seating on the terrace was VERY nice. Now go and make that happy hour a real happy hour and I bring some people to fill the place up like it deserves.
