Situated down on a leafy corner of Hunan Lu and Wukang Lu, this new import from Taiwan aims to be the city’s premier single malt watering hole. The non-descript exterior next to an antiques shop gives way to a relaxed atmosphere. One end of the room is given over to a sunken bar with geometric inset lighting and bottles backlit and on display. These are tended to by a serious set of servers in typical black tie dress who carefully stare down your every move. Prices are on the high end, starting in the over-RMB80 range and quickly moving up to above RMB500 for a short pour.
