As a student at the Shanghai Community International School, Shanghai has been my favorite place to live, by far. The thing I love the most in this crazy but perfect place is to skateboard! Many Chinese people find it odd, though, because to them it's just balancing on a wooden board with wheels. But it's so much more than that. When I go skateboarding, I enjoy the company of my friends. Many times people see me skating in places where there's nothing but a little upward ramp. You might say that's a boring place to skate, however, sometimes the most boring places can be the most fun. Other than that, my friends and I like to go to the SMP Skate Park. After an awesome day of skateboarding, we head over to Subway. My life is based on skateboarding. It's what I did last week, it's what I'm doing this week and it's what I'm going to do next week ... and the week after that.
