I really enjoy places where you come in and you know almost everyone--especially important after a hectic day at work. One of these places is 570. The music and drinks there are always great and it feels very much like home with a cozy atmosphere and many other French people around. If I feel like great live jazz music, I head to JZ Club where the jazzy tunes make me wanna dance or sometimes simply sit and enjoy one of the club's whiskeys. For a cozy and unique atmosphere, I also really like Ying Yang Bar. Being one of the first bars in Shanghai, this place certainly has some history to it and the interior, especially in the basement, seems like a set out of a movie waiting for you to be the star. Their drinks are great and the mix of people is always interesting.
