WHERE YOU EAT...If you're a wordy cameraman

Frank Schacht - Author, Photographer
Walking around a lot in Shanghai for research and photography reasons, I always like going to a nice restaurant afterward where I can unwind, relax and recharge. One of my favorite places is Grand Cafe (Cafes) on the 54th floor of the Grand Hyatt. Here, I really like the atmosphere, the view and, of course, the amazing buffet with an international and Chinese mix of delicious things. Guests there are always interesting and the buffet, not that expensive. Another fave of mine is Anadolu (Turkish) on Hengshan Lu. Each dish is simply great and I've probably tried them all already. If I want spicy I go to Tony Restaurant (Sichuan) on Nanjing Xi Lu. I fell in love with Sichuan cuisine when I traveled to Chengdu and Chongqing and I've been hooked ever since.
