Summer is fast approaching and it is important to keep the little ones active and social. We've done the legwork for you and rounded up summer camp programs available all around Shanghai in a nice list below.


Arts:


Harmony Road > Music Course
Every Saturday
Ages: 18 months - 11
Instill the love of music early! Classes feature Toddler Tunes, piano classes, keyboard, and music prep.

JZ Kids > “Mulan” Future Stars Musical Theater Summer Program
July 4-15 and July 18-29
Campers will be singing, dancing, acting, scriptwriting and designing and constructing props and accessories and then wowing the audience with the end of session performance on the big stage. The final performance will be accompanied by professional musicians.

JZ Kids > Ballet, Creative Arts, Rock, Jazz
July - August Ages vary from 2-14+ per classes
Get into the creative arts with an array of summer programs featured to flex your young ones’ creative and dancing juices.

Active/Sports:


Active Kidz Shanghai > Soccer, Tennis, Gymnastics, Swimming, Basketball, Fitness, Kungfu, Inline Skating, Dancing
Ages vary Week of June 20, July 27, August 1, August 8
Players of all levels will be able to either learn or refine their skills these sessions. All classes are lead by AKS coaches. Drinking water, snacks and shade (where listed) will be provided.

JAZZ fu FUNK > Summer Dance Team
May 28 - June 25, Every Saturday
Ages 3-6
JAZZ du FUNK's summer term will begin this Saturday. Classes offered are ballet, jazz, tap and creative movement. Five classes for 425 RMB.

Multisports > Swimming, Gymnastics, Tennis (Indoor and Outdoor), Trampolining, Soccer
June 27 – August 19, Monday to Friday
Age 3-12
Run by expatriate professional sports coaches, the company provides a wide range of sports coaching programs to young children and is located in various international schools, clubs, and residences throughout Shanghai.

The Nest > Summer Camp Enrollment
July 4-29 and August 1-26, 2011
Ages 15 months – 6
Activities at The Nest’s summer camp include water play, outdoor play, arts and crafts and other fun events. The sessions will run from 9:00-15:00, Monday through Friday. Sign up for one or two weeks.
