Shanghai local based Ad. company (上海博志广告有限公司; www.bloodyamazing.com.cn) is looking for a full-time, Mandarin-speaking Account Manager. The ideal candidate would be someone with advertising industry working experience to handles our various local/international accounts. Essentially, we are looking for a problem-solver to direct several projects from conception to implementation. Suitable candidates are resourceful, sales-minded individuals with exceptional communication and organization skills.

Primary Responsibilities： • Develop and foster a relationship with the clients and external audiences. • Research, develop, implement and manage routine client projects. • Oversee day-to-day planning of major events. • Copyediting/Review materials (e.g., copy for deisn/layout, design mockups, client product sheets, factsheets, etc) prepared by Designers/Copywriter or provided by clients. • Maintain clear and consistent communications. • Partner with client and other vendors or communication firms (i.e., programming agencies) to develop and complete communications plan. • Handle account administration duties such as billing and reports. • Take an active interest in the client's business environment and the evolution of agreed campaign to identify opportunities for further account development. Present recommendations internally and follow through in presentation of new ideas to client. • Proactively develop relationships with external audiences (media, third party constituencies, etc.) to convey the client’s message. Skills Required： • Good oral, editing and writing English skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to generate ideas and think creatively. • Ability to supervise the work of partner vendors. • Ability to supervise multiple tasks simultaneously. • Skills in project management. • Skills in listening to others. • Computer literacy.

Offer: 6000-8000/month; need to go through a probation period.
