Shanghai local based advertising company(上海博志广告有限公司; www.bloodyamazing.com.cn) is looking for a full-time, Mandarin-speaking Account Executive. The ideal candidate would be someone with advertising industry working experience to assist Account Manager handles our various accounts. Suitable candidates are active; highly responsible with exceptional communication and organization skills.

Primary Responsibilities • Translate/Copyediting materials (e.g., copy for design/layout, client product sheets, factsheets, etc) prepared by Designers/Copywriter or provided by clients. • Research and monitor client’s business and industry to maintain a current knowledge base. • Assist in research and preparation for presentations. • Coordinate production with partner venders or agencies to create print/website or other production products. • Assist in organize and implement events and promotions for the client. • Assist in account administration duties such as billing and reports, including checking all supplier invoices for accuracy before passing on to supervisor for approval. • Meet the required quality standards in servicing the client, ensuring a high standard of presentation of all work. • Maintain regular client contact keeping fully aware of specific client needs, keeping the client briefed and report at an early stage any concerns in that relationship.
