The Chop Chop Club is a casual concept created by Paul Pairet (Mr & Mrs Bund, Ultraviolet) for UNÏCO, Shanghai, Three on the Bund. It’s a carvery concept that serves its main courses by a schedule, releasing each main course every 30 minutes or so. The dishes for order are displayed on a large screen in the restaurant for guests to order. The status of the main course is also displayed, showing “buy now” and “sold out”. Side dishes and desserts are also plentiful.
