Coquille is an upmarket French seafood bistro from the same people behind next door neighbor Scarpetta. Executive Chef Jason Oakley helms the kitchen, serving up classic French bistro classics with flavors reminiscent of southern France. Expect a lot of oyster shucking and bone marrow slurping. Coquille is also famously known for their Beef Wellingtons, served only on Wednesdays with limited quantities.
