Down home southern grub comes to Shanghai in this Jing'an restaurant by veteran restaurateur Pauly Gray. The menu touches on classics, like boiled peanuts, fried catfish, cornbread and more. It's not always the most authentic iteration of this cuisine (think: kale instead of collards), but it's a valiant effort at an underserved cuisine.
