Students will learn all the secrets of traditional recipes and be step-by-step guided to make their own moon cakes. RMB800 / person for 2-week course, Sept 10/12/17/19, all hands on. Day & Evening classes available; 8 seats for each class only. Teaching Language - Chinese & English. Participants get free entrance to Sept 25 Moon Party.
