In order to cater to Shanghai’s movers and shakers, Allure French Restaurant introduces new set lunch menus for the business crowd.
At Allure French Restaurant, Chef Michael Wendling presents his signature dishes in set business lunch menus, RMB 98+ for two courses and RMB 128+ for three courses. With flavors and textures innovatively created and presented to complement the season, guests will find each dish satisfying, yet light. Guests can choose from Le Cabillaud (marinated codfish skewer with fresh herbs and baby salad), Les Champignons (beef consommé served with wild mushroom ravioli), Le Saumon (seared salmon cooked with basil oil), Le Boeuf (traditional Beef Bourguignon served with fresh “spätzle”).
To round off on a sweet note, guests can indulge in the sweet creations of Chef Michael, La Vanille (traditional Crème Brûlée with vanilla bean and fresh mango) and L’Ephémère, inviting guests to linger a while longer; be they seated in the restaurant or outside on the terrace.

A master student of Michelin 3 star chef - George Blanc, Chef Michael Wendling from France heads up Allure, an upscale dining restaurant that focuses on the regional styles of French cuisine reflecting flavors of southern France and the Mediterranean.
