1．Welcome---- Children aged 3-17.

2．Target ----- (1)Impart self-defense skills (2)Make child’s body stronger. (3)Mold child’s character of openess, optimism and confidence and the spirit of enduring hardship, brave, tenacity. (4)Develop child’s capacity of sharp reaction and fast thinking and judgment.

3．Class we provide ------ (1)Basic Skills class: learning martial arts’ basic skills (consists of the exercise of techniques of hand, eye, foot, leg, body, standing, physical quality and the combination of movements).
(2)Bare Hand Training Routines class: Shaolinquan, taijiquan, baguazhang, Monkey Style, Eagle Claw, etc. (3)Weapon Training Routines class: shaolin staff, three sectioned staff, plum blossom Spear, etc. (4)Sanshou class: a fighting technology of china.

4．Time Schedule---- 2-3 lessons every week, every lesson lasts for 1.5-2 hours.
