Yoghurt body scrub, jacuzzi with lots of foam to play around with, loads of lemongrass tea, and of course, our own 5 star resort room which opens out to a beach view!

start with a hot steam bath, followed by a herbal thai massage including whole body stretching (all facial and skin treatments work much better if blood circulation is enhanced). after the massage an aroma therapy facial together with a hand and feet hydrating mask that can be done at the same time. after the facial a short head massage and finish up with day or night make up and hair styling (mostly one look more like "just out of bed" after facials as all the make up has been taken off and the hair looks a bit messy from lying down and head massage. in this way one could go straight to meeting friends or dinner in a nice restaurant directly after the spa and sooo refreshed!)

My ideal spa treatment would start with candles and a hot cup of tea, and would then go on to a head and full body massage. Next - a refreshing cucumber facial followed by a chocolate raspberry manicure/pedicure. Add to this a glass of wine...and there's nothing more I could want out of an afternoon.

Ideal is when you feel abosolutely carefree: you lie down on the soft towel, cosy light, gentle touch of finger on your body, smell of flowers, music unconsciously flowing by, your breath is slower and even......when you get to conscious again, you feel your are re-energized, muscles relaxed, like just recharge the battery, and you just leave the chaos of the big city for almost a generation without knowing when....just perfectly refreshing

My ideal spa treatment would include the beach, with the sand, the palm trees, the sound of waves, the cocktails, and the gorgeous male waiters...the treatment would use only products of the sea, as natural as possible, with surprise treatments along the way...kind of like a Menu du Jour!

My ideal spa treatment: Ginger ingredients (for this season)+ facial+body scrub+body massage with two masseuses for each of us+ manicure+pedicure+hot ginger tea+ nice light snacks+ wine + soothing jazzy music + my buddies girlfriends in the comfort of my home! Viola!

Tip to toe...20min in the jacuzzi, then a head and full body aromatherapy massage, followed by a facial. Lastly a manicure and pedicure, with friends, accompanied by some nice candles...and can't forget the bite-sized yummy snacks and wine/champagne.
