With the breathtaking giant fish aquarium as a backdrop for an unforgettable holiday celebration, family and friends can celebrate a joyous Christmas with a lavish Chinese feast at Ai Mei Chinese Restaurant. The Christmas set menus feature 9-course for RMB 488 net per person and 11-course for RMB 388 net per person. The 9-course meal begins on a light note with Combination of Chinese cold cuts followed by Braised shark’s fin with crab meat, Braised king prawn with butter sauce, Pan-fried ostrich fillet with black pepper, Steamed garoupa, Braised E-fu noodle with enoki mushroom and conpoy. The meal is inclusive of one glass of Moet Chardon Champagne.

As a master student of the 3 stars Michelin Chef Georges Blanc, Chef Michael Wendling fetes diners to a 6-course meal starting with Seared goose liver toped with almond praline Caramelized mango and port wine juice, followed by Allure’s signature Thin slice of marinated duck and black truffle consommé, Roasted Lobster and sea scallop, Wine Champagne granite with a green apple sorbet, and then Marbled Australian Beef with roasted asparagus and Truffle potatoes and round off with chef’s recommended dessert, (Almost like) a traditional Christmas log.
