To ring in 2008, Le Royal Méridien Shanghai presents special feasts in its stylish and contemporary restaurants that draw families and friends together on December 31, 2007. Traditional and innovative dishes shared with family and friends to usher in another year of prosperity are recreated by Chefs de Cuisine at Ai Mei Chinese Restaurant, Allure French Restaurant, Favola Ristorante, Pizzeria & Wine Bar and Le Bistrot All-day Dining.

Master Chef Cheung and his culinary team fire up the woks with “New Year’s Menus” featuring eight courses/9 courses of traditional dishes. Festive highlights include “Hai Fu” Shark’s Fin Soup in Superior Stock, Steamed grouper with bean curd in light Soya sauce, Braised scallop in winter melon, Braised shark’s fin soup with assorted seafood, Pan-fried sliver codfish in teriyaki sauce. Diners can also look forward to signature dessert and dim sum from Chef Cheung.
Priced at RMB 688 net per person for 8 course set menu and RMB 488 net per person for 9 course set menu with no service charge applied, the evening is filled with generous lucky draw prizes and surprising gifts.
