This elite Philippe Stark-designed hideaway with some of the city's best bartender's is giving one person (and their lucky friends) a chance to win a fabulous night out. We all know we don't NEED a table and a free bottle to have a great time here, but it's definitely the first step to a fabulous night. CW and Volar is making this easy, just answer us this:

OK Alex...Blend a cognac that has survived two World Wars with the blackberry liqueur 'créme de mure', then pour over some 'yohimbe bark', an obscure African aphrodisiac. Now we have a cocktail!

It's Friday night, Alex, and I am ready to start the weekend off in style with a Sapphire Martini. This is a classic martini made with Bombay Sapphire gin, blue curaçao and a dash of dry vermouth.The glass is rimmed with blue sugar and a garnish that consists of a sterling-silver pick holding a pair of platinum-mounted diamond and sapphire earrings.

Take a beautiful hand cut crystal glass, add to it a generous palmful of crushed ice, and pour in a generous shot of green melon liquer. Add to this a teaspoon a sugar syrup, the juice of 2 fresh lemons and a wedge of lime. So simple, but so incredibly divine.
