yeh the class is a good mix of guys and girls so you can pair up with someone similar size and experience.. there's beginners and intermediate or and if you want a bit more hardcore workout stick around after for the Muay Thai class ; ]

I have been to classes like this before and like to work out on the bags. But I was frustrated with partner workouts (sparring, kick bags etc) when I was matched with someone weaker than me as I was not able to have a good workout. Is much of the workout partner orientated? Is it ok to come alone?

yes the instructors work for Eternity as well! Other martial arts available include Muay Thai, MMA, Boxing, Self Defence and Capoeira, Shotokan Karate, Savate plus we can send the trainer directly to your compound to train 1-1 or private groups!
