Nothing is more fun than beating up the hanging bag or person holding the pads.. also burn unwanted calories and fat while toning up the entire body! Learn how to punch and kick with control and power, using coordination, core-control with full body exercises, combination strikes at various targets. This is a fun and energizing class that will get you the results you've been looking for and a great place to let out any stress!
