Workshop Overview:

This workshop is for the intermediate piano student that has an interest in learning improvisation in the blues style. Mr. Trzcinski will demonstrate how to apply the blue scale and it’s variations with basic blues changes and interesting chord substitutions. Topics will also include accompanying (comping) behind the instrumental or vocal soloist.

Pre-requisite: A knowledge of basic theory including reading chord symbols and Major and Minor scales.
