After the fun at David G last week Bar Rouge must be cutting back they cant even bring Shanghai something new - Hed Kandi were here at the end of December.

Check this out : www.nuits-sonores.com, the biggest electronic music festival in France. This year it's the 1st edition in China and it's at Bar Rouge. Line up : Oxia, Agoria, Splitzer, Play, L1es and Jose Degarello. Bar Rouge is the 1st to bring a new festival in Shanghai as they were the 1st to bring the Worldwide Festival last year...

well, i hope Bar Rouge sorted out their entrance and stuff...it was a total mess last week and you were literally stranded at the lobby for 50 mins and then they charged you RMB 200 w/no drink!

Couldn't agree more, last Sat at Bar Rouge was a joke - they know how big the club is, so just let that many people in, not try to screw the last few RMB out of people by over-filling the space. They would have got more money if there was more room to get to the bar!

Pjanoo Eric Prydz Possibly the anthem of the summer and we're not even there yet. This is a huge, huge track that reminds me of Cosmos from a few years back. When this goes off, Shanghai will know it (if they don't already, ha!).
Baby O'Riley" The Cube Guys This is such a unique sounding track and one of my favorites right now. The bass line is off the hook! A real throbbing club track that looks set to give Pjanoo a run for its money as anthem of the summer.
