From May 5-17 2008, we invite all of you to witness a 3rd time Guinness World Record holder Chef Li En Hai perform this amazing feat of threading noodles at the Tatlers restaurant daily from 1900 – 1930 hours. With just 1 kilos bag of flour, Chef Li is able to churn out 2.09 million strings of fine noodle. This is as long as the Great Wall from Shanghai Guan to Jiayu Guan (2652 km). He holds the record of threading 25 strings of fine noodles through a needle which measures only 0.11 mm wide.

All diners can enjoy this delightful and delicate noodle dish at our buffet spread. In addition, Chef Li has also created additional special noodles dishes available in our a-la-carte menu as well.
