Men in polyester (yes, I said polyester) suits with wide collars and matching vests, brightly patterned nylon shirts, and shoes with chunky high heels, and women in bright, body hugging, nylon dresses, with hair so heavily sprayed it would withstand gale force winds, remember nights underneath ceilings with glittery revolving balls, while a live disc jockey played albums on a turntable, defining the time when dances, defining the time when dances like “The Hustle”.
