Once a sad grey industrial area, today Moganshan Galleries are a must-see if you want to know more about Chinese art and the artists who are flocking back to Shanghai to exhibit and sell their work. Most artists live and work in the same place. Tour more than 60 galleries with modern and traditional Chinese paintings, photography and ceramics. It will give you a taste of what's "new" in the Chinese art scene. After the tour, have lunch in one of the nice coffee shops on site (not included in the fee).
