Whampoa Club is offering an exquisite weekday lunch offering guests the choice of trying as many or as few of the 42 delicious dishes on offer as they wish for. Dishes include tempting appetizers such as chilled drunken chicken with 'Shao Xing' wine; light and flavoursome soups such as Jereme Leung's hot and sour soup; delightful mains such as the red braised pork with bean curd sticks; and delectable dim-sum such as crispy spring rolls.
