Get ready to spend 2 days testing your strength and endurance through the beauty of pristine bamboo forest for a healthy, fun and physical alternative October holiday getaway.

Run by top international instructors from ETERNITY, all outdoors activities are guaranteed to make you work up a sweat while having fun and enjoying the nature and fresh air. Learn the fundamentals of healthy eating and importance of timing your diet in the Wellness & Nutrition workshop followed by an afternoon of intense military style drills and obstacle course.

After an intense day of training lay back and unwind at the BBQ Party. Reward yourself and spend the evenings with friends at the Purple Ridge Lodge under the stars sharing stories and comparing battle scars.

Second day features a morning hike through tea plantation and surrounding forests followed by a mountain top bootcamp training session. It is time to get healthy, its time to get naked!
