Quality Control and The Shelter are very proud to welcome DJ Ken-One from Japan. Ken-One began DJ’ing in 1996 and was heavily influenced by old school and mid ninetees hiphop. After seeing a DJ Battle video he decided to become a battle DJ and in 2000 came second place in the DMC Japan solo section. Recently, he has been performing solo turntablist performances using a loop station (a foot sampler) and effects units. Considered by many as the Q-Bert of Japan, Ken-One’s live show is a spectacle to behold and should not be missed!
