Get fit (carefully) with this yoga class designed specifically to ease your stiff, painful joints due to bad posture, cramped or tired muscles, or computer slouch and give your body that well deserved stretch. Office workers, rejoice. Open to all levels. Membership cards can be shared.

Chances are you have suffered from some sort of stiff neck or back pain once a while. This class is ideal for those with bad posture,cramped or tired muscles and joint pain. Office workers will find the movements in this class soothe, straighten-out and relives the tension from sitting at a work station all day. Suitable for all levels. Instruction provided by Indian National Champion, Yoga Master Dr K. Mondays 8pm
