Cool Magazine is a world networking art magazine based in NY. In this art world with accelerated globalization, our task is not only providing information to magazine’s reader, we also aim to plan some interactive events which involve many people for new creation. [ The Nomadic“decob”] is the first event produced by COOL magazine.
