The prosperity Set Menus honor traditions of the season with dishes such as double-boiled shark’s fin soup with chicken, steamed pink garoupa in soya sauce, braised pork tongue with oyster and vegetables, braised sliced abalone, goose webs, sea cucumber and vegetables in clay pot. Additionally, fried glutinous rice with waxed meat and vegetables in lotus leaf, hot sweetened red bean cream with glutinous rice dumplings, and pan-fried glutinous rice cake augur well for continued success in the New Year. The Festive Set Menus are starting from RMB388 per person (for four to six persons).
From January 26 – February 9, the New Year dim sum specialties highlighted include Shark fin dumpling in superior soup with parsley, steam dried oyster and black moss, steamed barbecued pork buns and many traditional Chinese festive dishes.
In addition, more than 15 varieties of Tang Yuan Dumplings await you at RMB34 per 3 pieces of any combination. (February 1 - 8, 2009)
