Love Italian food? Then you owe it to yourself to learn more about Italian cuisine with Prego's food education series. During the second half of every month until September, they will prepare dishes from different regions of Italy, beginning with Umbria, in the heart of Italy to Emilia Romagna, Sicily, Sardinia and finally, Tuscany.

The vast expanse of Italy is home to a lush variety of fabulous cuisines. From March, Prego at The Westin Bund Center Shanghai will take you on a tour of the romantic nation and open your eyes to a different region each month.
This gastronomical odyssey will transport diners from the green heart of Italy, Umbria, to the serene coastline of Puglia; from the home of macaroni, Campania, to the industrial core, Emilia Romagna before zipping over to the Mediterranean island of Sicily en route to heaven on Earth, Sardinia, before finally coming to rest in the beauty and plenty of Tuscany.
