Enjoy the summer and escape the city rush for a weekend. Get back to nature and embrace the cool breeze surrounding the biggest lake in Shanghai district. Lake Dianshan (淀山湖;Diànshān Hú) is a natural freshwater lake, located in the west of Zhu Jiajiao, Qingpu, only about 1 hour drive from downtown Shanghai, and is the only natural lake in the area. The pro team from Eternity fitness once again sets a new destination for fun, fitness and the great outdoors in a secluded private estate. Day 1 Starts with Bootcamp training in the scenic forest. After relaxing by the lake for lunch join in the sailing on the lake or explore the waterways by kayak. Late afternoon prepare yourself for an intense adrenaline rush obstacle course and treasure hunt. Evening enjoy a western style all you can eat BBQ party under the starts around the camp site with party games.
Day 2 Sees a morning condition circuit and forest hike.. after refueling for lunch prepare for beach volley ball and spend the afternoon relaxing or swimming in the lake.
