Contributor Description
We have fresh hams brining now ready for the smoker so that you can enjoy for Christmas or during the holidays. These fresh hams are 5 kg each and are brined and then smoked with apple wood for around ten hours. We also are doing our popular turkeys again. Over Thanksgiving....we smoked more than 70 for eat in and take out. They are delicious!
