He's tipped as one of China's leading producers and we are delighted to welcome him back for only his second appearance with Void - the one and only B6.
Just back from a whistle-stop tour of Europe, including appearances at legendary techno club TRESOR in Berlin and on the radio station of long-running label Kompakt records, B6's profile has never been higher and this native Shanghainese producer is finally getting the respect he richly deserves.
B6 is all set to deliever a DJ set showcasing some of his own work, and also, to demonstrate his own take on the Detroit techno-influenced sounds of the Void crew. He'll also be dropping "Day of the Weird Beginning" remixed by Shanghai Ultra of the Void crew - a track which has been pricking up few ears on Shanghai dancefloors.
Supporting will be Shanghai's leading purveyors of electronic dance - The Void Crew. Nat Alexander will be back from the UK after Christmas with a fresh load of vinyl, MHP continues his recent exploration of slower, funkier techno, and Shanghai Ultra continues to indulge his love of Nigerian drumming with Babatunde Olatunji...
