Celebrate the Year of the Tiger with two specially planned Spring Festival menus “Mei Man - Perfect” and “Tuan Yuan - Reunion” at The Langham, Yangtze Boutique, Shanghai’s T’ang Court Chinese Restaurant between 10 February and 20 February 2010.
Each of the menu presents some of the finest and most exquisite dishes such as Steamed Prawns with Garlic Paste, Braised Sea Cucumber with Bailing Mushrooms, Double Boiled Turtle Soup with Chinese Wolfberry, Traditional Hot Pot with Lamb, Steamed Turbot Fish with Soy Sauce, Pot of Rice with Eight Treasures, just to name a few. The Spring Festival Celebration Dinner for RMB4,980 + 15% service charge for a table of ten persons, complemented with a cocktail reception at The Bar.
T’ang Court is a counterpart of the multi-awarded restaurant of the same name at The Langham, Hong Kong. In Shanghai, T’ang Court recreates cuisine excellence that made it a byword among food connoisseurs in Hong Kong for two decades. In a “Shanghai chic” atmosphere, T’ang Court of The Langham, Yangtze Boutique Shanghai complements the hotel’s Art Deco elegance. Located on level two, the 96-seat restaurant features an atmospheric dining room for up to 50 persons and nine posh private rooms.
