Weekly Fitness Classes RMB50 per class*
Supple strength (a blend of Yoga, Pilates, strength and flexibility training) Monday mornings (9.45am – 10.30am)
Aerobics Tuesday evenings (8pm – 9pm) Thursday mornings (9.45am – 10.45am)
Classes will be held in the aerobics room, 2nd floor 9 Joy Tower, Zhenning Lu (above Costa Coffee)
