Learn the basics of wine with John Middleton, former tasting consultant to Oddbins in London. He’ll walk you through all the things you were always afraid to ask, from wine naming conventions to wine pairings to proper storing and serving methods. Class fee of ¥300 includes wine. 1-3:30pm

Come and sample some of the finest wines from around the world as you learn the fundamentals of wine tasting and wine appreciation. Different wine styles and regions, identifying key grape varieties, wine classification, storing and serving, and matching wine with food are all covered in this half-day wine seminar and workshop.
