Beauty and the Beast is a mixed performing arts program involving, music, drama and dance & movement.
A 10 week program commencing on March 13th
Ages 3-5
Fun packed activities each week based on a modified production of the famous childrens fairy tale/Broadway musical “Beauty and the Beast” which will culminate in a class performance at the end of the course for the enjoyment of family and friends.
The Mixed Performing Arts program is overseen by Malcolm Bromley, a certified music educator from Australia who has 30 years experience in teaching music, delivering reception classes and children’s performing arts courses.
Musical storytelling using live and recorded music to stimulate the imagination and to invoke themes and facilitate physical & trait characterization.
Creative Dance & Movement to encourage children to use their imagination and express themselves freely for physical characterization and interpretation of the music.
Art and Craft sessions using props and accessories from the musical for inspiration will be designed and constructed by the children.
