Head down to Sofitel's Mosaic Restaurant to try out their time-limited beluga caviar tasting menu. The star of the show here is the extremely rich, extremely creamy (and extremely expensive) 000 Beluga caviar, so they've taken care to pair it with a specially-designed a la carte menu that features sturgeon-centric entrees and a black-and-white caviar and vanilla ice cream dessert.
