‘The Essence of Wuhan’ from 10 to 27 May with guest Chefs preparing a spread of the famous Wuhan cuisine specialties.

An experienced team of four guest chefs led by Master Chef Lu Yong Liang will be specially brought in to prepare a spread of the famous Wuhan cuisine specialties.

Wuhan cuisine earns its reputation with distinct dishes that range from sweet Cantonese food to hot spicy Sichuan fare. It features contrasting lightly-spiced flavouring and strong tastes in a variety of delicious soups and delicate fish dishes.

Available daily during lunch and dinner. A la carte dishes from RMB28 * Prices are subject to a 15% surcharge.
