Come and join master musician Nicholas Bouloukos at JZ School for voice classes. Nicholas has a wealth of experience with performing greats to help guide students through styles of singing from traditional diva/crooner to Jazz, R&B, Blues and Rock.

Classes available during weekdays and weekends!

Tuesday 12pm - 1pm

Friday 7pm - 8pm

Saturday 12pm - 1pm

Sunday 5pm - 6pm

150 RMB per session (minimum booking of 4 sessions after "trial class")

Bouloukos has been performing professionally since he was seven years old. At seventeen Nicholas began jazz piano studies with Lee Shaw, a student and contemporary of Oscar Peterson. At eighteen he began performing jazz at the legendary Van Dyck in Schenectady, NY. While growing up in Albany, he was fortunate to play with many outstanding musicians, including Chuck D'Aloia, Stefon Harris, Joey Dellaratta and Gene Garone.

While attending Princeton University from 1991 to 1995, Nicholas held the first chair in all the university’s jazz ensembles, from the Concert Jazz Ensemble to several of the smaller groups. After graduating from Princeton University in 1995 Nicholas has been living and performing primarily outside the U.S.A. He has performed in Switzerland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, England, The Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Korea and Japan. He was a finalist in the 1999 Montreux Jazz Festival International Solo Piano Competition, and he was a guest conductor at the 1999 Association of Music in International Schools (AMIS) Honor Jazz Band Festival in The Hague, Netherlands.

Nicholas has been fortunate to perform or record with Eddie Palmieri, Donald Byrd, Scotty Wright, Terje Venaas, Dale Barlow, Hans Kallen, Tommy Campbell, Forris Fulford, Adam Rafferty, Stefon Harris, Denis Charles, Nick Brignola, Sudesh Shewre, Roger Manins, Stanley Jordan, Danton Boller, Roy Hargrove, Marcel Papaux.
